1. License Granting

Upon purchase, the customer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased mod for personal use only.

Ownership of the mod and all associated files remains with youtube channel Name- BRARFLIX GAMING and youtube handle- @brarflixgaming.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, gift, sublicense, or transfer the mod to any third party.
• Upload the mod, in whole or in part, to any website, marketplace, file-sharing service, Discord server, social media platform, or other distribution channel.
• Claim ownership of the mod or any part of it.
• Remove the logo or watermark from 3D assets, textures, documentations, etc.
• Modify the mod and distribute the modified version without written permission.
• Include the mod in mod packs, collections, bundles, or commercial products without prior written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary assets for redistribution.

3. Copyright Protection

All content, files, assets, text, graphics, scripts, configurations, and custom modifications provided through this website are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, publication, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

4. Social Media and Content Sharing

Users may not upload, distribute, sell, share download links for, or otherwise make available any part of the purchased mod on social media platforms, video platforms, streaming services, forums, marketplaces, or community websites without prior written permission.

Permitted gameplay videos, screenshots, reviews, or demonstrations must not include downloadable mod files or links to unauthorized copies.

5. Copyright Enforcement

If unauthorized copies of the mod are discovered on social media platforms, websites, marketplaces, forums, file-sharing services, or other online locations, the copyright owner reserves the right to:

• Submit copyright infringement notices.
• Submit DMCA takedown requests where applicable.
• Request removal of infringing content.
• Suspend or terminate access to purchased products.
• Pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.

6. Account Termination

Any violation of these Terms may result in:

• Immediate termination of access to products and services.
• Revocation of licenses previously granted.
• Permanent bans from future purchases.
• Legal action where appropriate.

7. No Refund for Policy Violations

Customers found distributing, reselling, sharing, or otherwise violating these Terms may lose access to products without refund.

Any unauthorized resale, redistribution, re-upload, public sharing, or commercial use of our mods is strictly prohibited. Important caution: if your mods contain copyrighted assets from my mod (models, textures, sounds, etc.), I still have ability to enforce copyright and revoke license.
